FEMME noir LUXURy spa EXPERIENCE

“Peggio non poteva andare”

I wanted something good, but everything went terribly wrong. The room was in a shabby building with an unmarked entrance and a corridor completely vandalized. Below the building was a betting center crowded with “questionable” people. We entered the room where check‑in happened in a hallway between the room (which had a sauna) and its bathroom. We went up to the long‑awaited room with a tub and discovered the bathroom was outside the room, right next to the stairs leading to the floors. Inside the room there was a camera, which really bothered me, so I unplugged it and pointed it at the wall. The tub faced the street… there’s no panoramic view, only the fact that everyone can see you inside. When filling the tub with hot water, it turned cold, making it impossible to fill it properly in a short time. The room had stained sheets, candles everywhere but no lighter to light them. The TV had no channels, and Netflix wasn’t provided in the room—you had to enter your own credentials (remember to remove them). Then the cherry on top: in the morning there was no water… we could only rinse our teeth with bottled water. I was stunned by the state of this room and the price, knowing that Caserta has truly well‑made luxury spas. I wonder who left positive reviews like this.

I had a luxury experience at FEMME NOIR where we could sleep in total relaxation with every comfort. The owner was extremely helpful and guided us step by step from the entrance to the room (even with automatic check‑in) until check‑out, which was kindly extended for an unforeseen event. The room was meticulously detailed, offering a wide range of services (hydro massage tub with essential oils, ceiling TV to watch from bed with Netflix included, sound system in room and bathroom, etc.). The location is strategic in a quiet area of San Nicola la Strada, with free parking access. The view of the town gives that extra touch to the suite. Highly recommended 🌟

Honestly? Nothing! The sheets smelled of dirt, the room was so small that there was no space to even put a suitcase, and it lacked the essentials to call the room comfortable. The most painful note was paying such a price for a horrible stay.

“Nel complesso deludente”

The host was very kind and helpful. It’s a wellness center turned vacation home. There were no sheets on the bed and we had to do it ourselves. We couldn’t find the TV remote and they told us to look around in hopes of finding it (“look in the massage lounge” “check the basket, maybe it fell in there”). The apartment is joined but rented above and below. At midnight a couple entered our floor thinking they could use our bathroom (there’s no key, they opened the door while my girlfriend was showering). There are no wardrobes or free space to put luggage and bags except on the floor. Overall, the value for money was very negative. Only the host was very kind and tried to help us in every way.

“Si salva solo l'idromassaggio”

The only positive thing was the tub, comfortable and cozy. The TV was not working, the bathroom was outside the room creating a lack of privacy, a camera in the corridor of the room without any privacy, and on top of that, as described, we expected a welcome aperitif and breakfast, but breakfast was missing and the aperitif was just a simple coffee. The structure itself isn’t bad but it isn’t truthful with what’s shown on the site, especially for the services.
