The place was clean and tidy, but after checking out I discovered extra charges that weren't mentioned during my one‑night stay. When I called, the receptionist cut me off, assuming she knew what I was talking about, which felt rude. Once I explained, she admitted the mistake but said the manager would call me, so now I'm still waiting and chasing a refund. Not good customer service.

The reception was friendly, but the wooden floors made the room noisy; staying on an upper floor would avoid the rattling all night. The beds are set very close together, so moving around can feel a bit cramped. It’s suitable for a layover, but I wouldn’t recommend it.
