The reception staff were pretty terrible and really unhelpful with check‑in and navigating an issue with the front desk, and the location itself was not great.
“Estadía regular”
The location was good and the rooms were clean, yet the reception and parking security were awful; they reserved parking spots for certain guests even though we had multiple rooms, and they wanted us to leave the unit on the street when there were spots inside.
The location was fine, but the restaurant was disappointing.
“El hotel muy bueno el detalle es su personal”
The location was good, the facilities were comfortable and new, but the reception staff didn’t answer questions well, treated guests poorly, and failed to resolve issues that arose with the reservation or during the stay.
“Excelente opción”
Everything was excellent—location, cleanliness, and the staff were very friendly.
