I suggest keeping it firm but polite, because that makes it more credible and clearly shows the experience was bad: Our stay at this hotel was disappointing and honestly we expected so much more. The rooms are quite dark and the overall vibe isn’t especially cozy. During our 4‑day stay, the room was cleaned only once. Towels weren’t changed regularly; we had to ask for both room and pool towels ourselves. What shocked us most was the lack of guest care. It felt like the manager was more focused on monitoring and collecting than on ensuring guests were comfortable and well‑served. In short, we didn’t find the welcoming atmosphere we anticipated from a hotel. We believe there are key service aspects that need significant improvement. An experience we, unfortunately, would not repeat.
