Beautiful spot, close to everything we needed, calm and peaceful; Maria and her partner were absolutely fantastic.

Couldn't be more welcoming; great location, parking in front of the property, room spotless and lovely breakfast; Chris and Maria did everything possible for us. I should have booked longer.

Very friendly and comfortable, feels like home; the location is very convenient for getting around this part of Devon, a couple of minutes from the train station and the bus station, and the beach is literally two minutes away. The town of Paignton itself could use a makeover, I'm afraid.
