At first glance, the hotel on Grafton St looks unremarkable, but you quickly realize its convenient Tube access and the upper‑floor rooms are excellent. The room is well equipped and the bathroom is top quality. Nothing significant comes to mind; the stay was good and getting around was easy, whether walking or taking the Tube.

The room was very cozy and the staff friendly. It had everything needed—coffee, tea, bath products—and the air conditioning worked well. The location is great, just next to the BT Tower. The only downside is that higher‑floor rooms have many narrow stairs, but it’s manageable with a small bag or suitcase.

The rooms were beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and pillows. It wasn’t a problem for us, but there are stairs up to the bedrooms and no lift.
