Alessandra is VERY responsive when you need her, though she’s a bit pricey; still, her help with concerns might justify the extra cost.

The location was good, but the shower drain sometimes clogged and the bathroom would breathe, so I had to keep the door closed.

The rooms were cleaned early in the afternoon, which ruined my rest, and someone noisy arrived at 23:30 in the adjacent room, waking me up and being quite annoying; otherwise the place was comfortable, well‑located, and clean.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Die Check-in- und Check-out-Zeiten fanden wir jedoch nicht so gut (Check-in erst ab 16:00 Uhr, Check-out bereits um 10:00 Uhr). Regulär werden die Handtücher nur alle drei Tage ausgetauscht. Das Personal war aber sehr nett und kam uns entgegen, sodass sie schon nach zwei Tagen gewechselt wurden.“
