I’d advise anyone thinking about partnering with them to walk away; it will only hurt your brand.

Location is top‑notch—right near the main attractions and easy to walk to restaurants. The downside was the room service; requests took forever and the staff seemed indifferent. Still, the convenience of the area makes up for the service hiccups.

The spot is right in the middle of everything, which made getting around a breeze. Unfortunately the restaurant left a lot to be desired; the meals were bland and overpriced. I’d pick the location over the food if I had to stay again.

The staff went out of their way to help, answering questions and carrying luggage without a fuss. The only let‑down was the towels, which arrived still dirty and needed a re‑wash. Overall, the hospitality was nice, but cleanliness needs work.
