Located 300 metres from Levante Beach in Benidorm, Hotel Servigroup Calypso features a large outdoor pool, garden, sun terrace, and loungers. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Rooms boast pastel colours, private terraces, satellite flat-screen TVs, minibars, and private bathrooms with hairdryers. The hotel offers night-time activities, entertainment, a games room, and play area for children, along with a buffet restaurant and poolside bar.

I was met by an unpleasant woman who sighed whenever I asked her a question. The room only had two towels for four people, and the front desk explained it was normal because they had none; after five minutes of back‑and‑forth she finally found two more to hand me. I had to pay twice: first through a secure hotel link, then at reception when the same receptionist—who had dealt with the towel issue that evening—told me I had to settle immediately or I’d lose the room, claiming they hadn’t collected the payment. The next day I called the group’s customer service and was told there were indeed two charges for the same room. A refund was promised but has never arrived.
