This place is perfect for anyone looking to explore Medina; the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was good, and the courtyard with its bar and pool was lovely. No negatives.

The hotel’s location and view are great, the rooms are comfortable, it has an elevator, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Pool towels were available at the pool, the breakfast included an egg, freshly squeezed orange juice, and a great selection. However, when I tried to get change for 100 MAD (tax), the cashier couldn’t give me the remaining money; the credit card payment was too low, so I had to pay in cash the next day. The staff were very friendly, but the service wasn’t cost‑effective for small amounts.
