The river view and the staff were nice. No toiletries were given, and the food had no flavor at all.

The place has a good location and helpful staff, but the cleanliness left something to be desired and room service was subpar. The staff was limited and the food options were narrow, and the breakfast only offered parantha's.

Everything was excellent, the view was awesome, and the staff were perfectly cooperative; it was truly a great experience and I will definitely return.

The riverside location is lovely, the food was good, the hospitality was warm, the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, there was space for bike parking, the river was accessible, and the vibe was awesome. Getting to the hotel is a bit tough—you have to go downhill and cross an iron bridge, which is too difficult for a car driver who only visits the mountain occasionally. They don’t provide slippers, the rooms lack TVs, Wi‑Fi is unreliable, and there’s no common room or projector for movies and games; however, they do have an open space that serves both as a dining area and a common area, which is a good idea.
