The room was nice, the balcony always offers a lovely view of downtown LA, but the loud DJ at the poolside kept playing until the early hours; the music was awful techno that felt like a heart attack.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, letting me sleep well with good soundproofing. But the breakfast offer I paid for was poorly communicated at booking and on arrival; I discovered at check‑out that only one item on the menu was actually included, so I ordered something else and got charged extra. The staff were also not prepared to serve breakfast at 7 am. I really wish I hadn't booked breakfast.
