Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
Heerlijke zachte bedden, goede service, lieve mensen, erg goed ontbijt. Er waren helaas weinig niet veel zonnen bedjes zoals op de foto, wij kwamen terug van de oost Java tour en wilde even lekker in de zon liggen.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, but the mosque right below the hotel made a loud prayer for 1 hour in the middle of the night, and the bathroom wasn’t clean; the building also seems behind on maintenance.

The room was spacious, the facilities were complete, and the location was close to the city center, yet it’s a pity the property sits in a mall that’s no longer operating, giving the surroundings a gloomy feel.

I loved the relaxing vibe and the pool’s amazing views, but when I asked for a specific massage (I can’t stand balinese style) they gave me whatever they wanted, which is a problem with the therapists rather than the hotel; also the call to prayer from the nearby mosques was unbearable.
