Hotel MERAVIGLIOSO! From breakfast onward, it was delicious! The rooms were spacious with a view, and we even had a balcony, which was a real treat. The rooftop view is spectacular. I highly recommend staying here and visiting Arequipa, an amazing city.
Central location, comfortable bed, shower with good water pressure, generous breakfast, and in 2024 there was another chef who was exceptional. They asked me to pay for ruining a towel while drying my dyed hair; the dye comes off easily with rubbing or washing with soap and water. I was upset because they confronted me while I was packing to catch a taxi to the airport. I hope they’ve learned that the dye comes off easily and no treatment was needed. It’s the first hotel that has ever scolded me over towels.

Excellent location, but you could hear other nearby rooms.
Overall the hotel and the staff were excellent, with the breakfast standing out for its generous, varied spread served at the table, unlimited coffee/tea and very good quality; lunch was made to order with three choices. A shop/supermarket right opposite was handy for any excursion supplies, and the plaza was just around the corner. The only drawback was the bathroom ventilation.
