The hotel is amazing, it impressed us with impeccable cleanliness and the room amenities. There was a hair dryer, and the room was cleaned daily. The owners are very kind and helpful, always ready to assist. We were assigned a bedroom overlooking the river, the forest, and the city. The food at the hotel is exceptionally tasty, and we even received a compliment from them—real yogurt and fantastic red wine. They offer a lunch menu that changes each day, but on the last evening we ordered from the menu and were pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the home‑cooked flavor, the service, and the staff’s responsiveness. We wholeheartedly recommend the hotel’s Shkembe soup! It was our first visit to the city, and even though we traveled quite far to Rudozem, the hotel’s location relative to the city center is great and we would definitely come back—just for the treatment we received.

The city is calm, clean with good infrastructure. It blends mountain, rivers, coziness, and hospitable people. The hotel is new, furnished with taste and extremely clean. Nothing was missing. It is located strategically on the riverbank and close to the center.

The hotel is brand new, the room has a comfortable and practical setup. The mattress is comfortable and the bedding is high quality. Cleanliness is also top level. We appreciate the gesture of offering water bottles, a hot water jug, and coffee. The stay was perfect.
