I gave it 5/10. The location was easy to reach and right in town with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We booked this place specifically for the pool and hot tub because our kids were excited to swim, and we had confirmed ahead of time that both amenities were available. On arrival, after checking in, we saw a paper sign hanging that said the pool and hot tub were both closed. No one had mentioned anything, not even during check‑in. When I asked, the front desk clerk said, “oh? Yeah. It’s down for maintenance and we don’t know when it will be back up.” I explained that we chose this location specifically for the pool and would have booked elsewhere if we had known it wasn’t working, and she just shrugged. Breakfast was okay but not many options; eggs were cold and potatoes were overcooked and hard. The pancake machine wasn’t working correctly either. Seating was limited and it was packed, so we had to take our breakfast with the kids and walk back to the room.

I rated it 8/10. The shower was great, but the breakfast wasn’t hot enough and cooled quickly, and the bed was too high.
