The check‑in team spoke excellent English and was available 24/7 for any questions. The room was spacious and the kitchen was well‑equipped. Having a laundry machine was a big plus. Nothing to complain about—everything was great!

The 7‑eleven is very close, and Ueno Station is only a few minutes’ walk away, with the surroundings being very quiet.

The little hotel is well equipped, clean and functional. It sits just a few steps from Ueno Station, one of Tokyo’s main railway hubs, making it a great drop‑off point for exploring the city and moving around. The wardrobe space for clothes and suitcases is rather limited, especially if you’re traveling with family like we were; that comment probably applies to most similar accommodations in Japan.

The little apartment is very roomy. It comes with a washing machine, soap, and fabric softener. Clothes dry in the shower and tub area; after one night everything’s dry. The facilities are brand new. The staff are very friendly. Their coffee is genuinely good. It’s close to the metro and has supermarkets and restaurants right below. The bed is very comfortable. The only downside is that rooms aren’t cleaned daily.
