The reception gave a warm welcome. The room was clean and comfortable with a good bed and linens. The location is excellent for meeting a school friend.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The bar food is excellent and the staff are friendly. The hotel is well‑situated for visiting the metro centre, and there are also buses to Newcastle centre. Nothing to add—this is a really good hotel with a nice bar and good bar food.
