The staff were friendly, the hotel’s location is great, and the rooms were clean. I booked a “Queensize-Doppelbett” that is 1.40 m wide, which is a bit narrow; the room is small but perfectly adequate for one night.

The place is well situated and tidy, but it’s too cold and there’s no heating.

The reception lady handed us a heater because it was freezing. But overall we didn't like the hotel at all: none of the night lamps worked, the outlets were loose, the bathroom glass was broken, it was extremely cold and poorly insulated. It's the worst place we've stayed in Peru. We're not picky, but this accommodation disappointed us. There were no pillows, only a few cushions, and the view was just a wall.
