The location was good. When I tried to check in, the staff attempted to charge me a much higher price than what was listed in the booking. A group of motorcyclists, long‑distance guests from another country, were subjected to the same thing in front of me but they paid the higher price and were clearly dissatisfied. I have never experienced anything like this. I have stayed at your hotel once and it was really nice. Never again.

The newly renovated hotel is a nice commute distance from the train track.

The room was fine, but there were a few small issues: the motion sensor on the bathroom tap didn’t work, the window wouldn’t open, and there was no way to charge my phone at the bedside.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, giving the hotel a luxurious feel; the only downside was the lack of an on‑site restaurant.
