Everything was bad; it felt like a slum. The hotel was unclean, no bath towel, and nothing else.

The room layout was decent, but the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom and room made it hard to stay; we had to change rooms because of that. The second room was nicer, yet cleanliness still needed urgent attention. Repeated requests were ignored. The location is great, but you must improve housekeeping. Daily cleaning is essential, and A/C and remote controls should be provided; the AC units work fine.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel, and my experience was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to lend a helping hand. However, I did encounter a few issues with the hotel's Wi-Fi, which seemed to be quite unreliable at times, and the nearby Gshanans restaurant, which served subpar food.
