The building and rooms were very pretty, but the mattresses were uncomfortable. The paint in the rooms was in bad condition. There was no Wi‑Fi, no TV in the rooms, and the information about amenities was confusing or missing.

I liked the water pressure and the vanity for makeup. I didn’t like being assigned a windowless room, the humidity was so high that the wall was wet, and one bed seemed to have fleas – no one in my family could lie down for long because of the itching. I probably won’t stay at a hotel that allows pets again. The front‑desk lady told us that breakfast wasn’t included because we booked through Booking, and even though I rarely use that benefit, I expected something extra for being given a windowless room.

The front‑desk lady was friendly and gave us plenty of suggestions for things to do around the area. The room was in poor shape – no hand towels and we could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms.

Hot water was always available. The beds, however, were very uncomfortable.

The receptionist was very kind and attentive. The room was hot, had no fan, an insect appeared, and noisy guests next door brought a dog that kept us awake at night. Luckily the receptionist helped keep the noise down.
