The room was spacious and comfortable, but the lack of a restaurant on site was a major letdown, especially since I'd specifically booked a package that included breakfast. To make matters worse, the room service was a disaster - it took ages to arrive and was barely edible. Still, the room itself was a highlight, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
