The room had good facilities, but the front desk never answered any of my repeated calls.

The staff were incredibly helpful and could accommodate any changes you needed, and the hotel is within walking distance of the convention center. The only downside was that the air conditioner in my first room was broken and there was a strong cigarette smell on the floor, but they moved us to a new room right away once we mentioned it.

There were no positives. The cleaning was insufficient.

The location was great. However, there was no USB port for charging and the staff never smiled.
