“Gewoon goed!”
Located right in the heart of picturesque Durbuy, the hotel feels authentic and nicely decorated. Breakfast was fine overall. There were some cobwebs in the corners, but that’s expected in an old building.

Hotel LEA - Maison Caerdinael is set in a charming old building in Durbuy's heart. Sensitively refurbished rooms feature elegant antique furniture and modern 3-star comforts. Located below wooded hills on a River Ourthe curve, the hotel offers access to a 17th-century central square surrounded by historic buildings in this picturesque village.

The room and the hotel itself are excellent—very tidy and a good spot to crash after a long day of sports. Durbuy is also a lovely place. I’m not a fan of a bathtub that doesn’t allow you to shower. Also, the neighbors are pigeons, which might be a plus for some; they’re quiet at night. Check‑in was a bit messy. I was looking for Hotel Victoria, but that’s not the same as Restaurant Victoria.

The buffet was a bit lacking and the selection was limited.

Quietly situated, the room was very comfortable with a nice bed. The shower was broken, but it wasn’t a huge issue.

I had everything I needed, but there were several dust nets hanging and the windows were hard to close, and the back door you used at night was dirty and full of cobwebs.
