Beautiful, clean, quiet location with exceptionally courteous service.

The hotel refused to give me my room until 4 pm, which was a bit of a hassle. To make matters worse, the reception staff asked me to cancel my booking through the app and rebook directly with the hotel, which was a bit of a pain.

The hotel's location is really great, but unfortunately, one of the shower doors was in a pretty bad state.

I booked a room and a suite a day in advance, but when I arrived, they told me they weren't available. I had confirmed the booking the night before, but they just said it was fine, which was really frustrating.
