The staff were polite and accommodating. With my limited English, I managed fine. Requests were fulfilled. I’ll recommend the hotel in conversations.

A very friendly reception by one of the owners of the family‑run inn. Arriving late in the evening, we asked for dinner recommendations since the house didn’t serve dinner; she suggested the restaurant Etno, about a 10‑minute drive toward Austria, where the pizzas are absolutely superb. The accommodation’s décor is appealing, especially the breakfast room which is beautifully designed. The breakfast itself is excellent! Our room was spacious enough, and the attached bathroom was almost as large. A very large balcony terrace overlooking the main street in front of the house. During the day the traffic is heavy, but at night the traffic density drops significantly, so we could sleep with the windows open until early morning. The beds are very comfortable. Everything here is very tidy and clean. The downside is that the street in front of the house is very busy during the day, so rooms facing forward are quite noisy when the windows are open.

Although it’s a family‑run place, you still get complete privacy, and leaving very early in the morning is not a problem.

The breakfast was outstanding and generous, and the staff were incredibly courteous and friendly. We arrived in the evening and were offered seating and drinks for our picnic by the hotel.
