“Personnel poli mais pas à la hauteur de la réputation des thaïlandais.”

The value for money and the location were good, but the breakfast was disappointing: only 3 out of 6 options were available, limited to toast, eggs, butter, coffee, and fruit juice… In my opinion, it’s better to go out.

The front‑desk lady was very friendly and even helped check that we had all our belongings before we left; the complimentary scooter service was also handy.

“Completely rubbish style over substance .. location is good though. Maybe try the hotel next door”

My experience at this hotel was a letdown from the moment I arrived. The staff seemed pleasant when they were taking my payment, but their helpfulness ended there. They were completely unhelpful and seemed more interested in staring at their phones than assisting me. The rooms were clean, but the noise level was unbearable - the staff's constant use of walkie-talkies and loud shouting made it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of my room at this hotel. However, the Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty at best, and the breakfast options were underwhelming. Despite these drawbacks, I was able to enjoy my stay and appreciate the hotel's amenities.

“It was good”

This hotel had some redeeming qualities, such as its convenient location and friendly staff. They even provided us with adapters to charge our phones, which was a nice touch. However, the room itself had some issues - the walls and air conditioning unit were dirty, but they were cleaned promptly after I requested it. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited, which was a bit of a disappointment.
