The toilet cleaning was lacking and the mattress needs to be replaced.
“Vacated early as could not sleep with fan sound and body pain”
No hot water in winter, only warm water; the mattresses were hard, causing back pain, the fan made noise that prevented a full night's sleep; there was no water, no service, no towels, soap, or anything else—everything had to be begged for and still no service, very poor.
The location is excellent.
I had been told by Srinivas Lodge that I could check in at my requested time, so I booked a check‑in between 7:00 and 8:00 AM. When I arrived, the staff said this would be an early check‑in, demanded an extra ₹600, or told me to come after 12 pm, which was disappointing because the booking had accepted that time. I also had to wait a long time before being allowed to check in, and there was no hot water even though it was cold outside, forcing me to take a cold shower. Overall, the facilities were far below what I expected.
“Dirty, full of ants and cockroaches, dirty blankets”
