I had already been told the check‑in would be between 19h/20h, yet at 18h40 the manager called to say the room was no longer available and offered a “perfect chalet for couples.” I mentioned I’d be arriving with a friend, but they insisted it would work. When we arrived, the chalet had no partition between the room and the bathroom, so the shower and toilet were visible from the bed – not suitable for couples or even friends. The location was on a high, deserted part of town, the room smelled bad, and the linens and towels were old. For breakfast we had to walk all the way back to the original lodge. A terrible stay.
