Parking is easy and getting to the property is simple because it sits on a main road. However, the lack of soundproofing is a real issue: at 10:30 a.m. I could hear not only loud conversations from the next room but also every movement in the bathroom—from the tap opening to using the toilet, to the shower hose flexing—as if it were happening in my own room. At 11:15 a.m., the hallway was filled with boys shouting, their doors open, forcing me to get out of bed to ask for quiet. In the end, at 6 a.m. I was woken by the screams of sexual activity coming from three rooms behind mine.
