The bathroom was very spacious with good lighting, and everything else was great for the price; we had no problems during our stay. We liked it so much that we decided to stay an extra night.

Absolutely nothing—this place was disgusting. Within the first 10 minutes of being in the room we found cockroaches and other small bugs; there was dog hair all over the bed and pillows. The bathtub did not work, the shower was cold, the sink was falling into the counter—this was the worst hotel I have been in, the photos are very misleading and I don't appreciate that.

The price was very helpful for the last‑minute stay I needed to book, and the staff was also very courteous. Lots of homeless people were camping outside the location, the rooms were very unclean, I found a sock that did not belong to me just in the middle of the room, and I killed at least four cockroaches in my bedroom during my stay. Plus the TV did not have an HDMI cable so I could not watch any of the programs.

The man who checked us in was very kind. The hobos on the stairs begged for money, and the Hobson fought in the parking lot until 5 am.

Staff were extremely accommodating, respectful, and kind. I stayed in Denver for my birthday weekend and made the mistake of booking here. As soon as you get into the room it's dark because the only way the light will stay on is if you manually keep pushing the light switch; there's no lamp. As soon as that light turned on COCKROACHES were EVERYWHERE! The room was absolutely filthy and reeked of bug bombs, smoke, and mold 🤢 The room was SO run down, I've seen better‑kept homeless encampments 🥴 We IMMEDIATELY called front desk and explained the situation, and Sandy not only switched us to a different room (much cleaner and didn't stink, and only saw 2 roaches prior to check‑out) but the staff refunded our stay and deposit. The property does have a swimming pool, however we were too grossed out to stay longer than absolutely NECESSARY, and didn't bother checking it out.
