“relaxed and charming”
MAR Y SAL feels relaxed and charming, right by the beach with a small bar and restaurant, and the parking and access are extremely convenient. I appreciate the relaxed vibe, but the staff could be a bit more accommodating; at reception we didn’t feel welcomed, the opposite of what I expected. For a late check‑out we were told it cost 35 EUR per two hours (and we were two people), yet the next day at checkout we were told we’d have to pay for another day (185 EUR). We had a flight to catch so we didn’t pay, but the reception really dented the overall charm. We’ve stayed here 1 and 3 years ago, and the personnel have changed since then, not for the better.
