The Japanese‑style room was very comfortable, and the balcony view was gorgeous.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were nice, and the hotel sits in an excellent area. We were a short walk from everything we wanted to see in Kanazawa, but the room, though clean, had a bad smell.

The proximity to the local market and Kenrokuen makes it a perfect spot for sightseeing, but the laundry facilities had noticeable dust and dirt.
