The rooms are basic, but the continental breakfast is surprisingly decent. It’s just a 5‑minute walk from the central station, and there are a few charming little bars nearby. Nothing to dislike.

The location is great, the rooms are clean and well maintained, and the staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms feel a little outdated and could be priced lower.

Everything was very good in every aspect. The shower door leaked, causing water to flood onto the bathroom floor. The floor design is flawed—it’s flat instead of sloping toward the drain—so we had to use a bath mat to soak up the water and avoid slipping. The hotel stopped providing the bath mat on the second day.

The hotel has a good location near Vienna’s main station, a nice breakfast buffet, and friendly staff. The beds are a bit small and the floors in the room were unfortunately dirty.
