Spacious suites feature free wired internet, microwaves, refrigerators, and coffee makers. Guests enjoy a daily buffet breakfast, indoor pool, hot tub, and business center. The hotel is close to Western Antique Museum, Columbia Art Gallery, and Mount Hood Scenic Railroad.

They offered a complimentary breakfast and the view was nice, but the carpets were stained, the soap dispenser and towel racks were far from the bathroom sink, and the bathroom and room doors kept hitting each other. The cable setup was very basic with no Netflix, and everything felt very plain for the price, especially compared to nicer places.

The location was great, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were helpful, though the price might be a bit high.

The staff were fantastic, and the pool and hot tub added a fun bonus; our room was huge with a very comfortable main bed and two TVs, and we used the breakfast area for dinner and card games. The downtown area is great, featuring a lovely bookshop, a cute clothing store, and an amazing art gallery. The breakfast lacked variety compared to other Holiday Inns, missing items like eggs. The AC was either too cold and noisy or ineffective, and the sofa bed our kids slept on was slanted and uncomfortable, though new mattresses are scheduled for October 2026.
