The apartment is good but needs modernization. Maintenance should be improved.

The location is exceptional, the shopping is at the corner with everything you need, and the stadium is a 10‑minute walk. The room is exactly as in the photos, the reception was very efficient at both check‑in and check‑out, and there’s a wonderful restaurant on the ground floor. Nothing was wrong—everything was perfect and very easy.
