Everything was fine and the breakfasts were great, but the pillows were thick and uncomfortable; there are two pillows, so it would be better if one were flat so guests could choose their preference.

During our first stay from 26. 9. 2026 to 29. 9. 2026 we were very satisfied with the hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and adaptable in language. A major plus was the excellent location – the city centre is reachable on foot in about 10–15 minutes, which we tourists really appreciated. After that great first experience I booked again from 1. 10. 2026 to 2. 10. 2026, but this time I was very disappointed. The worst experience was at the restaurant – during the first stay they could easily prepare food to our allergy and health restrictions, but on the second visit that suddenly wasn’t possible. The waitress also couldn’t explain the reason clearly, and her attitude was unwilling, unpleasant, and at times even arrogant. This behaviour significantly spoiled the overall impression of the hotel, and after this experience I will consider other accommodation when visiting the city again.
