The location was convenient for car owners: 5 minutes driving from Termal, 5 minutes from Yalova, 5 minutes from Cinarvik. When we checked in, the room had a slightly stale and musty smell, as if it hadn’t been aired out before our arrival.

The design, location, breakfast, relaxation, and quiet were all good. However, there were no toiletries, a hairbrush, a toothbrush, a shoe shine kit, etc.

The hotel was very good – new, spacious, and clean. Everything was done in a European style. The spa area was excellent. It’s a pity that the outdoor pool wasn’t working.

The spa area and especially the massage were excellent; the massage staff from Asia did a very good job. By the end we felt very relaxed and our everyday aches were massaged away. We feel much lighter and more refreshed. The spa area was well equipped and very well maintained, and the staff cared about the guests and their concerns. The breakfast hours could be moved from 10:30 to 11:00, and there should be more variety of sweet pastries for those who only want coffee.

The location was good. There was mold in the bathroom, the first assigned room was a smoking room despite the no‑smoking rule, and the faucet and shower head had poor water flow, spraying everywhere.
