“I had a lovely couple of days in Lyon”
The hotel is charming, the staff were absolutely fantastic, super helpful and friendly, making me feel at home. The location is great, very central and easy to walk to the station and the metro. The towels were huge, thick and soft, and the bedding and bed were comfortable. The room had a coffee maker and kettle. A lovely touch was the free tea, coffee and water refills at reception, plus jars of sweets and croissants for guests. The room was a bit small, probably too small for two people. The toilet and shower were in separate rooms. The hotel had very few facilities – a nice sofa in reception and a small outdoor area, but no bar, just a fridge with wine and drinks to buy and a wine dispenser.
