The place is nice for the price; the key thing for me was a clean, comfortable room with AC, and there is parking for two months. This is the cheapest accommodation around for me, and I stayed here. There's a bit of water on the lower floor; the water flow is low, so you have to turn it off for flushing or filling the sink or basin, and if you want, there's a kettle for coffee to make it more comfortable. Overall everything is fine for the price, and the mosque next door makes it convenient for prayers.
