I was really disappointed with my recent stay - I'd been here twice before and had a great experience, but this time was a letdown. The property couldn't provide my room, so they moved me to an adjacent hotel, but the room was a mess, with unwashed bed sheets and a dusty atmosphere. Overall, it was a bad experience, with issues with cleanliness, the room, and staff behavior.

The staff and services here were great, but that's about it - I don't have any other positives to share. Unfortunately, I don't have any specific complaints either, but I was expecting more from my stay.

Location was great, and the staff were really polite - we had a peaceful rest and enjoyed the breakfast. The ambiance was nice too, it was a really delightful experience overall.

We had a fantastic stay here - the rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. The breakfast at the Chancery Pavilion was amazing, with a huge variety of options. A big thank you to Mr. Sabarivasan for his warm hospitality - it really made our stay special.

The only free option was a single item on the menu, everything else came with a price tag. The handwash at the restaurant was pretty gross and didn't exactly scream cleanliness. Not impressed with the state of hygiene here.
