The staff at this riad were a highlight of our stay, particularly Said, who went out of his way to accommodate our requests. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Madrassa ben Youssef and Jamma al Fna. However, the hotel fell short in other areas. The breakfast was a letdown, with stale bread reheated in the microwave and a lack of fresh fruit and eggs.

The staff at this riad were friendly and helpful, but the facilities left much to be desired. There was no soap in the shower, and half of the showers were broken, with a trickle of water coming out. One of the drains was also clogged.

The manager, Amin, and the women who prepared breakfast were extremely kind and welcoming. However, some rooms had a musty smell, and there was a lack of soap and shampoo in the shower. The riad is also a bit far from the main square, but considering the location, it's a great option. If you're used to Western hotels, you might find it lacking in some amenities, but it's a charming and well-maintained riad.
