The place is really beautiful and comfortable, the staff is very kind and helpful. I didn’t have a sink in my private bathroom.

The staff were lovely and helped me book my ticket to see Mount Ijen. The facilities were good, very spacious, and the surroundings pleasant.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helped me organize tours and answer questions before and during my stay – the best host experience in Indonesia so far in terms of support. The room was quite small and stuffy even with a fan; I would have had to buy an air‑conditioner, which I found very unusual.
