Hakim and the rest of the staff were honestly absolutely incredible. They exceeded every expectation or need possible. It was my partner's birthday, which I mentioned to Hakim. Instead of just doing something a little bit different for breakfast, he suggested something completely different. It surprised both of us and made the trip even more memorable. Apart from that, simply having Hakim and his colleagues come around every morning, ask how you are, greet you, have a conversation with you, and ask if you need anything was phenomenal. The rooms were incredibly clean, the food was delicious, and the entire experience was truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend this to anybody considering staying here. Honestly absolutely nothing
