The team was outstanding; Jovan, the head of Vukov Konak, treated me with great kindness and even escorted me to the bus station after I left the hotel, waiting for the bus with me! The location is a bit far from Zabljak, so it works best if you have a car; solo travellers should arrange a taxi to get there.

The couple were very welcoming in an authentic setting just 15 min from Zabljak, and the breakfasts and dinners were plentiful, excellent, and varied. The Wi‑Fi in our bungalow was unstable the first two days and then disappeared entirely for the last two days, though there was Wi‑Fi in the main house.

The place is on a quiet side road, with comfortable hammocks and a spacious house; everything we needed was available and the host, a man of many talents, ensured our stay was simply successful. We could have used hangers for clothes and towels in the room.
