Water and towels were supplied, but the place was just a basic stay; advertised as a double deluxe but we received a single metal mattress that caused back pain, and the Alamarah was closed—overall the bed and mattress need major improvement.

The only room offered had two beds, no staff beyond cleaning, no food or bottled water, just a bare room with a fan and minimal furniture; the tap water, bathroom, and sheets were clean. I had to leave the room for my first cup of tea and breakfast, and the area felt dreary and drab, surrounded by a wholesale market, so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Did not have the opportunity to stay here. Confirmed booking 2 days ahead of arrival after booking last minute. Cancelled about 1 hour ahead of arrival as we were travelling 4 hours to get there
