The place was well‑located, but the breakfast fell short when I asked for an omelette and they said the eggs were finished.

There was no warm water, and a noisy event at a nearby sportsground kept playing until 23:00, which was a real annoyance. The front‑facing rooms also suffered from the loud traffic on the busy road.

The guest house was within walking distance of shops and a mall, which was handy for our one‑night stay without a car. The garden courtyard felt peaceful even though the building is next to a busy road. The air‑con was broken, which was disappointing in the heat, but opening the windows helped cool the room overnight.

The place is pretty cute with nice rooms and free on‑site parking. Breakfast is good and the value for money is excellent, and the setting is lovely with a nice garden. The room felt a bit cold.
