The rooms were comfortable and the staff were very helpful, dinner and the breakfast buffet were really good, but the rooms weren’t that big and the AC didn’t work in one of them.

The breakfast and dinner service were all shut after 10 pm, and you’re directed to another hotel across the street; the photos are nowhere near what you’ll actually see, and the overall experience was disappointing.

Overall the experiece was good, however few things did not meet the expectations. Location is great, facilities are good and breakfast is okay. Our room was warm and it was informed to the staff at the reception, they said it is fixed, reality was it was warm throughout the stay. And nobody checked whether it was working or are we comfortable. What I felt is the pillow cases were not changed, it had smell and I was tired to inform them to get replacement as I checked in at 0100 am
