Despite the limited facilities and closed restaurants nearby, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. However, the hotel's limited amenities and closed restaurants were a letdown.

While this hotel excelled in cleanliness, it fell short in certain areas, including bed size and staff communication.
